ABOUT YASHA
Meet Your Coach.
I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach with over six years of experience helping clients build strength, move better, and train without pain.
I grew up competing in ballroom dance at the Pre-Championship level, earned a black belt in Taekwondo, and wrestled in high school. Those experiences shaped the way I coach today and taught me the value of discipline, consistency, and intelligent training.
I previously worked at Equinox, where I reached Tier 3+, and I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, building on my background in psychology. I specialize in pain rehabilitation and helping clients return to training confidently after injury, including my own recovery from a partial rotator cuff tear at 22.
